I have really rough dry hands i use lotion but 10 min later there back the same what should i use?

Mkayyy. I know a lot of girls with this problem. One, try sleeping with a TON of lotion on your hands over night. Put socks on your hands so you don't ruin your sheets. Next, You have the moisturize every time you wash your hands, get them wet, or as such. Try to carry a bottle of lotion around with you. Try jergens or Dove. An excellent and very cheap solution is to rub a small amount of vaseline into your hands after washing them. This provides a non porous seal which locks in moisture, keeping your hands beautifully soft!

the hand lotion from the body shop in their line of hemp products is awesome ...it comes in like a silvery tube and its absolutely awesome!
It may be your hand soap. I know I had the same problem and when I changed from liquid soap to bar soap, it stopped.
