Neutrogena's hand cream works really well. Cetaphil cream is great too.

try applying bag balm.....its basically a Vaseline, to you dry hands before going to sleep and placing over-sized latex or cotton gloves over your hands for the night. You will feel a big difference for the beginning part of your day right away.
