Might be dry skin....try lotion with NO PERFUMES (the perfumes will just make the redness, dryness and itching worse)...like Nivea, or extra sensitive brands. If this doesn't work, go see a doctor! I would go to someone if it gets worse and nothing works. i wouldn't mess around with it though. Maybe you should see a doctor.
My son swears by Mane and Tail Hoof and Nail cream. Hard to find in the stores but you can find it online. He says it is the best stuff he has ever used for dry, chapped hands.
