I use Revlon Ultimate Foot Treatment Step 3. It has cool eucalyptus in it, and it evaporates quickly and is not sticky. It really works!
It's not the kind of lotion; it's how much you put on. If you put too much on, your hands will certainly feel sweaty. So just put less on.
