P.S. you should wash your hands immediately after your put on the lotion.
mix salt and vinegar into a nice little paste. scrub scrub scrub! itll sting alot, then rinse with warm water. repeat it twice a day until your back to your normal color
regular soap and water will do, just wash them right after you're done. That's what I do.
