They had this buffer and one side was made out of silk...would anyone know who makes this and it had oil with it too. The buffer made you nails really shine.I was in the mall this past weekend and they had a booth set up and handing out free samples of lotion?

you really don't need one with a silk side to make em shine!
at CVS and really any drugstore they carry buffers with 4 sides and the last side labeled 4. does the shining step... they work just as well as the ones in the store, i bought mine from CVS %26amp; am loving it!!

any nail buffer and vitamin e will do.
be careful about free buffing at the mall- its an easy way to transmit all sorts of nasty things.
Try Sally's beauty supply. if they don't have it there, then i don't know what to do.
