I wash dishes as an after school job and my hands are like a freakin' snake's skin! The skin between my fingers peels off and is all flakey.What sort of lotion should I use for my dry hands?
You could also try Vaseline. Rub it on before washing and it makes a barrier on your skin, leaving your hands nice and smooth. Just be sure not to touch your face!

Try ';Bag Balm.'; I swear by it, as I work in a cafe with my hands in and out of water all day. It's meant for use on cow udders, but it works miracles on hands and elbows. You should be able to find it at any Wallgreens.
