Hi..i would try hand cleaner like the mechanics use. It is cheap and can be bought at Walmart or Canadian tire. Rub it on, let sit for a half hour, then wash as usual. I use it for all kinds of stains.Is there a good lotion or something that takes off the newspaper ink from your hands?
Try WD-40. Spray a little on hands and rub them together, leave it on for a few minutes then wash with soap and water.
dump the lotion , use soap and water and a finger nail brush and scrub hard
Soap and water works for me.
