everything i wash my hands or get my hands wet I HAVE TO get lotion on them and if i don't i cant touch paper.. why is this?Whats wrong with me i always have to have lotion on my hands?

I have the same thing it just means that your hands are ruff and need to be keepin care of more and that they need a lot of lotion to be smooth
