Buy some white cotton gloves and vaseline .rub your hands with vaseline cover them with the gloves and sleep in them.It works for your feet too.You can use cotton socks on you feet and hands if you don't want to invest in gloves .
Mary Kay has a product called ';Satin Hands'; and it's an exfoliator, a buffer and a cream. When you're done with the process your hands feel soft as can be.

You can find a Mary Kay dealer in the yellow pages under cosmetics.
i use aveeno- otherwise u can go see a dermatologist for a perscription strength remedy
Try cornhusckers lotion or try a lotion from neutrogena
u can use gloves while washing dishes.. use moisturizers.. u can also consult a dermatologist..
yes, rubber gloves. and i read if you put shea butter lotion or cream on your hands before you put on the gloves, the hot water from washing heats the cream and softens your hands better. get the kind with a soft cloth inside so it's not so slippery and icky feeling.
Use rubber gloves when washing dishes. And use an effective moisturizer. One of the best (and yet inexpensive) moisturizers I have found is Suave Advanced Therapy Dry Skin Cream.
Since you are an office worker, i take it you are washing dishes at home.

First i would say prevent it! If you have sensitive skin, don't use harsh chems. A lot of people use vinegar and water for dishes, which is gentler. Or you can try Method dish soap. Method is a 'green' company, so no harsh chemicals, it also comes dye free scent free. Bonus for the skin.

To treat. Exfoliate and use emollient cream. A friend of mine use to work in a juice plant and needed to dip his hands in harsh chemicals to sanitize like a MILLION times a day. I'll tell you what i told him, slather your hands with thick cream, like coco or shea butter, then wear gloves over the lotion for 30min or so, then wipe off the excesses.

All else fails, go see a derm or get a pedicure!

Good luck.
