How to get hand-prints created by sun-tan lotion off a car ?

I am soon to receive a car off a member of family. But there are two large unsightly hand-prints fd on the side of the car that have been created by a youngster with sun tan cream on their hands. I have been recommended to use T Cut to get it off. Does anybody know if this will work or if there are any better methods, (beside having to respray the whole car)?How to get hand-prints created by sun-tan lotion off a car ?
wow...respraying? Either I'm uninformed about suntan lotions or this just requires a solid cleaning with unconventional chemicals. There's a bottle of cleaner called Goo-Gone (not Goof-Off)...in order to get rid of any confusion, just get it at the auto-parts store (I think Goof-Off is too harsh for car paints and clear coats...it is some wicked stuff though).





I've also used kerosene to clean tar spots off of a white car. Just make sure to rinse immediately.





Finally, I know that Ardex (a professional car care supplier) has this stuff that got pine tree sap off of my hood in seconds. It was at a body shop when I noticed it, and one of the painters came outside with the bottle...don't think you can buy it at any old store, but I'm sure you could ask someone to break a little bit it for you if you're nice.





No...not finally...have you tried rubbing compound? It's like an exfoliator for car paint. If that won't get it, nothing will. Wash your car, use the rubbing compound and then wax it.

the ';safest'; way is to use painters clay, or overspray clay..... it's called different things in different areas. You rub the area with the clay, and the oils and impurities will lift off. You will need to wax your car afterwards. It can be picked up at almost any auto parts store.
light rubbing compound ( wax %26amp; silicone free) should do the trick... but try just plain ole car wax and soem elbow grease 1st
