You could try a lotion or gel that has peppermint in it. That generally has a lasting cooling effect. I have a peppermint leg and foot gel that works wonders at cooling.Are there cooling hand lotions?
You can use everything that's making moisture evaporate from your hands; the most basic thing will be glycerine. It should be available at every drugstore.
